REGIS-TR is a central trade repository for reporting trades and transactions across multiple product classes and jurisdictions. We are open to financial and non-financial institutions and we will service all of the major regulatory reporting obligations in Europe. Our primary role is to collect and administer details of trades and transactions reported by our clients in order to give market participants and regulators an aggregated view of positions in compliance with the relevant regulations. We are already progressing well toward our goal of becoming a one-stop-shop for regulatory reporting requirements in Europe. We are a truly European trade repository incorporated and headquartered in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and with a Spanish Branch in Madrid. We offer our clients high quality services with relationship support from multiple locations in multiple European languages.
