The Complete Player Charity is home to TCP Youth Empowerment which provides the TCP Young Leaders after-school program and the TCP Leaders in STEAM summer camp. TCP programs "Unleash the Leader Within" young people by equipping them with the character, confidence, and emotional intelligence they need to reach their full potential. TCP Young Leaders lead underserved middle school aged youth through a project-based curriculum that creates pathways for success by providing hands-on, real-world activities and experiences that result in students delivering business presentations and implementing student-led community projects. Over 28 weeks, participants focus on developing their social & emotional, leadership, and 21st century workforce skills. TCP Leaders in STEAM summer camp offers rising 6-9th grade students hands-on STEM-based learning experiences that introduce them to a variety of jobs and careers in STEM-related industries. Along with leadership development activities, campers also develop and strengthen their emotional intelligence by participating in a variety of activities centered around self-awareness, communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution.
