Lok Bharti is an organization dedicated towards identifying, assessing and bridging the skill-gaps prevalent in various sectors of the Indian economy. We have devised short term and primarily workshop based programs to skill and re-skill individuals and provide the industry with trained manpower that is productive from day one. Our focus would be on employment and employability by closely collaborating with the industry to ensure a steady flow of job opportunities for the trainees. At Lok Bharti, we see the skill based approach as not just as a means to provide trained manpower to our industries and improve their productivity but also as a means of improving the quality of lives of the millions of people in India who are marginalized and yet to be integrated with the economic mainstream.
