Investment Banking services to traditional and new media companies: AEI provides advice on mergers and acquisitions, joint venture structures, corporate and debt restructuring, performs enterprise and library valuations and provides expert advice on complex litigations. Executive Producing (Financing/Packaging/Distribution) of Film and TV Projects: AEI facilitates independent producers’ access to financing and distribution of film, television and new media projects.
