The Red Dot income Fund is the capital arm of a Veteran Owned Real Estate company called Operation Red Dot, founded in early 2016 and has over $75,000,000 in sales. The fund serves as the capital required to run our exclusive military Lease/Option program. We are here to make Class-A single family homes available to our service members, while earning great risk adjusted returns for our investors.
