Since 1936, we've been a part of a local community caring for the families of Fond du Lac and the surrounding area. After three generations, its likely your family, friends and neighbors have been involved with Lutheran Homes and Health Services in some way. Today, our not-for-profit mission continues by providing seniors with comfortable and affordable assisted living and a variety of healthcare and supportive services.
