Bright IIOT is a conceptualized container born in 2021 (but with almost 20 years of working in the engineering and system integration environments), approaching the industrial digital transformation from different angles. Throughout our experience, we found that to best embrace the industry 4.0 methods it was necessary to create this hybrid-collaborative container that would touch and focus on the main vectors that push the industrial digitalization forward, such as: - Plant Floor Automation (PLC, HMI, sensors, motion, vision, scanning) - Managed OT Networks (including remote access and controls, interface with IT, diagnostic, and reliability) - Connectivity (Cloud, MQTT, OPC UA, etc) - Visualization, Analytics, and Metrics (SCADA, OEE, MES, data collection, Predictive Maintenance) - Robotics (Collaborative, SCARA, industrial high-speed robots, AMR)
