Silicon Villas is a nonprofit fostering international collaboration to bring high-value technology jobs to southern Italy: - Southern Italy needs more and better economic opportunities. - Companies are often challenged to find affordable yet high quality offshore software developers. - Many Italian developers emigrate to find good jobs, breaking families apart and draining the brightest minds from the region. We address these important issues through an innovative blend of training, mentorship and strategic partnerships.
