Coaching since 2005 We were amongst the first coaching practices in Geneva, Switzerland at the turn of the 21st century, initially specializing in leadership and career coaching for international professionals. We soon expanded our services to executive coaching and in-house leadership development programs, including training in coaching skills. Our current company, Leaders Today, was founded in 2014.
