We practice Hatha yoga which is yoga in its most classic form. Our brand new studio is intimate and beautiful. Our small class size allows instructors to offer personal attention in a calm and serene environment. It is a unintimidating place where attention, awareness and respect of the participant is always at the forefront of our minds. In this compassionate setting you may unwind and stretch in safety. We believe in the practice of yoga and all the benefits it brings. The lounge is a beautiful yet comfortable space that invites you to relax and unwind. Interestingly enough so does yoga, especially in our studio! As a community gathering place, it is a space to connect with your friends and enjoy a beverage and light snack from our menu. Coffee, tea, herbal teas are available each morning. Later in the day, sample our excellent yet affordable wines. The wines that are offered are selected by a certified sommelier (and a girlfriend of ours) and will change each season. Beer, soft drinks and mineral waters are available too.
