Personity opens in July 2013 the Headhunting division that serves companies in executive search position; as well as a Recruitment Consulting service focused on candidates seeking new professional challenges and new job opportunities. In August 2014, the Outplacement division was created, where the purpose to support companies to provide last support to the employees that leave so that they have better opportunities to move quickly to another similar or related company. In January 2015, it formally opens a division for companies solely on issues of Assessments for executive levels in order to support the areas of Organizational Development of its employees. In 2018 opens a new division of Training Courses focused on the LinkedIn tool as the main engine in the world of Recruitment. We just moved to South Florida in order to work for all Latin- American Countries and all the community in Florida.
