As a new player in the food industry, Selectum develops and produces innovative, tasty and nutritious snacks that are not only delicious but also healthier. However, Selectum is also an absolute pioneer in terms of manufacturing, because we produce 100% CO2 emission-free thanks to a modern induction baking process. Our business model is based on 3 pillars: 1) The production of our own snack pillow under the brand name Paddies (in the tastes "Cheesetastic" with cheese dip, "Toffeelicious" with salty caramel as well as "Nutisfaction" with peanut butter). After 1.5 years, Paddies are available in supermarkets in 5 countries. 2) Private label business (contract manufacturing and filling for other brands). With already several customers in Austria and abroad. 3) Paddies as a Service (setting up of own production lines for successful private label customers on a leasing basis according to our model). This segment is currently being built up.
