Private Public Partnership (P3) is an innovative program that has transformed how the Army Reserve and corporate America attract, develop, and retain talent. P3 focuses on fostering long-term partnerships with not-for-profit, for-profit, and academic organizations to maximize success at home and abroad while advancing individual, leader, and unit readiness. P3 has established an extensive network of partners that help further develop Soldiers, Veterans, and Family members through degree programs, credentials, and licensure opportunities. In addition to focusing on employment and leadership advancement, P3 enhances the overall readiness of Army Reserve Soldiers, Veterans, and Family members by collaborating with organizations that focus on physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, financial, and Family wellness.
