It offers support to talented young entrepeneurs with promising ideas and drive, but with limited or no experience in setting up a business or the launch/marketing of their big idea. Support is offered in various forms and shapes: from consultancy to investment or the deployment of temporary staff with specific knowledge/experience or competences. In most cases Xyleem is willing to take risks by accepting a share in the capital of the (new) venture, or other more entrepeneurial forms of reward.
