Owned and operated by William and Claire Wood, we're located in Tanunda in the beautiful Barossa Valley. Established in 2005 with the aim of providing a range of the finest handcrafted pastry products, made using traditional methods, from natural ingredients; free from additives, preservatives and colourings. Also, stabilizers, relaxants or any other additives commonly used in mass production are not used in the making of our pastry dough. Our products are genuinely handmade in order to maintain the highest quality.
