History Rockstead was established by experienced executives from the financial services sector, with backgrounds in mortgages and loans. Our initial product offering consisted of due diligence on mortgage portfolios, but quickly expanded into different areas of support services for clients. As the business continues to grow, experts have joined from the lending, servicing and securitisation markets to establish one of the strongest board and management teams in the UK. A key milestone was the design and build of the Rockstead evaluation system which provides a more inclusive, flexible and transparent service for our clients. In Ireland, we have been active for four years and have provided services to clients involved in most of the mortgage trades over that period. In Spain and Portugal, where we have been active since 2012, our experienced team have been engaged in servicer reviews and due diligence exercises throughout that time.
