Our instructors are trained professionals with experience in every aspect of the wide-ranging world of food, and our small, hands-on classes allow our distinguished faculty to share their expertise with each student in a very personal and individual manner. Our philosophy is based on the principal goal of fostering in each student, whether he or she is enrolled in our professional programs or in our recreational classes, an eagerness to explore all aspects of fine food and its preparation. Our alumni are culinary leaders, restaurant owners, food writers, cookbook authors, sommeliers, gourmet food shop owners, culinary producers, food stylists, magazine editors, recipe developers, award-winning cake decorators, bakery owners, and business consultants—all with careers limited only by their imaginations. CSCA is committed to the lifelong success of our graduates. We offer life-long career placement services and in turn encourage alumni to serve as mentors to the CSCA student body.
