Winstead Consulting LLC was established by Carrolette Winstead, who has over 25 years of professional regulatory and consulting experience. She is a former manager of the ADEQ APP Mining and Industrial Unit and has been a consultant to various copper and gold mines for more than 10 years. Currently, she works for a world-wide industrial company managing areas of environmental permitting and compliance including water, air, and waste.
