Onepak’s global platform, ReturnCenter, provides a collaborative online marketplace for all stakeholders in the return process, including manufacturers, consumers, service providers, and re-users/recyclers. The platform allows businesses to create their own “return center” by selecting logistics providers and service partners, who in turn upload status reporting for each step of the process, providing end-to-end transparency.
