The company was initially established as Sancak Catering in 1993. The Company had a share holding with LSG in Turkey between 1997 and 2007. After quiting share holding, the first private catering company of Turkey has reborn as Sancak Inflight Service in 2010 with the brand new equipments, high-tech premise designs and experienced, professional team. In order to present the best services which, aviation industry has right to deserve without dispute, Sancak Inflight Service is ready with the facilities built with latest technologies and the brand new equipments at Istanbul Ataturk, Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen and Antalya Airports. The Company will be ready to provide catering services at Izmir Adnan Menderes , Dalaman and Milas-Bodrum Airport as of March 2011. The projects of facilities are prepared and created as per the essentials and mandatory needs of catering services. Storage units, producing units, cold storage units, despatching units and disposal units are created as per HACCP hygen rules and over the world standarts with high technology.
