The New Medical Center at Mira Place will be the first of a number of centers set up in various districts in Hong Kong to provide top grade medical treatment to the population of Hong Kong. Our emphasis is on attaining a new standard of excellence for: 1) Patient management and treatment – to bring the highest standard of medical treatment and the highest standard of convenience and support to patients and their families. This starts with a group of well-trained and helpful front desk staff. Our goal is to try to pre-arrange everything so that any patient can have everything done under the same roof and in the same day (one stop), or at most 2 days within practical limits. 2) Easing the financial burden of medical treatment – by close co-operation with insurance company, we try to give the patients the highest standard of treatment with a minimal financial burden and by close co-operation with the patient’s insurance agent our experienced staff will help to make the claim procedure as fast and as uncomplicated as possible.
