I have an exciting announcement to make..after 6 years of successfully building and leading the People & Culture discipline at Convene, I am relaunching my coaching and people strategy consultancy, Aubergine Partners. In 2013 I joined Convene on a six-month consulting project to create a People and Culture function. Convene had 38 employees. Six months turned into a remarkable six-year journey where we built a formidable values-based culture, offered coaching across the organization from, and earned multiple awards for employer of choice and “Best Workplace” as the company grew to over 570 employees. Aubergine Partners, which I founded in 2013 after 25 years as a human resources executive in the luxury hospitality industry, has evolved to focus on three of my passions: culture development, executive and team coaching, and strategic team alignment.
