At Hermes Traffic Intelligence we are processing traffic data and traffic related data. We do this to be able to provide data-based decision support to our customers and their users. A strategic goal of ours is to promote Pervasive Traffic Intelligence. Intelligent systems that strengthen the crucial collaboration between all decision makers, both the individual drivers and the authorities. We do this by e.g. combining the possibilities in real-time adaptive infrastructure control with tactical and operational traffic planning for satellite-based (GNSS) in-vehicle units or nomadic devices.
