TrainCaster LMS was founded in 1999 as a spinoff of NetCasters Inc., as their flagship Learning Management System. The first versions of the LMS were developed under the NetCasters name for several prestigious colleges and universities. Since the original training system was developed for real clients, with real training needs, you see the influence on software as you use it.
