We work with Australian businesses - especially B2C - so they make the right staffing choices and provide a GREAT Customer Service Experience. In the Philippines, we work with BPO/Contact Centre teams to maximise their Customer Service/Net Promoter Score rankings when they assist Australian callers. We also work with Australian companies with team members in the Philippines, to improve internal communication skills.
