Ltd., a member of the Asha Group of Companies, prior to the Joint Venture, was a major Manufacturer of Color Chip and Dispersions for Printing Inks, as well as Paints, Wood Lacquer and Cosmetics with distribution channels in India, Africa, Far East, Middle East and Europe. Asha Dispersions Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 1998 with its manufacturing unit located in Valsad, India. It was one of the major International producers of Pigmented Chip mainly based on Nitro Cellulose besides other resins like Polyamide, Vinyl and Poly Vinyl Butyrate. Penn Color Inc., USA, founded in 1964, is a leading International supplier of Color Dispersions and Color Concentrates for the Plastics, Coating and Printing Inks Marketplace. Its Corporate Headquarters is in Doylestown, PA and it has manufacturing operations in the United States, Europe and China. APC’s manufacturing unit is located in Valsad, Gujarat about 200 Kms. from Mumbai. APC utilizes Technology, Manufacturing and Market Strengths contributed by both partners.
