Celebrating 130 years in the US, the North American Province is one of 14 Provinces and Regions serving worldwide on five continents. Close to 1800 vowed religious and lay associates work in the fields of education, healthcare, social services, retreat work, advocacy for justice and peace, land rights, immigrant and refugee services and more. We choose to be present with the poorest in our society as we preserve the worth and dignity of all persons. It is our hope that all be one in relationship with God, Others and Creation. Our General Headquarters is located in Rome, Italy. We believe that we meet the needs we find in our world as we interact with people, one person at a time.
