'Every child prepared for life, not just exams'. The 360 mission is to provide scenario-based educational experiences that equip learners with the skills, knowledge and confidence to live active, fulfilling and safer lives in stronger and more sustainable communities. Through experiential and immersive learning we aim to:- * Increase risk awareness and develop key skills for life * Encourage learners to develop personal confidence and to think for themselves * Promote teamwork and shared values * Encourage safer, healthier, and greener lifestyles We will deliver this through a three-stranded approach of: - * ONLINE - a 360 virtual reality learning village where learners are presented with dilemmas in which they discuss, decide and do - and then deliberate on consequences * IN-SCHOOL - support for teachers to embed skills for life learning across every subject and every year group, including facilitated visits to school by relevant professionals * OUTDOORS - support for use of the environment local to the school for extended 'Learning Outside the Classroom' We will work in close collaboration with partners from the public, private and third sectors. We believe that partnership is more powerful than competition. We will cover (in no particular order): safeguarding and exploitation, home safety, what to do in an emergency, digital wellbeing, drugs and alcohol, consequences of crime, peer pressure and decision-making, climate and ecological emergencies, mental wellbeing and personal resilience, healthier lifestyles, financial literacy, road safety and independent travel skills... and more.
