We have three business lines: Academy with a international Network Community, Executive and Non Executive Search and Target Mentoring. We focus to connect and support Exec and Non-Exec board members through training and mentoring by peers. The Board Academy Africa also offers digital seminars and master classes which includes certificates and acknowledgement of participation. Physical seminars and master classes will be hosted in Cape Town and Johannesburg, as well as web-talks and physical lounge networking talks. We help African companies to compose boards, connect and match. We bridge African board members with German and European networks to develop global diversity. We are looking for existing and aspiring Exec and Non-Exec Board members who are looking to develop and enhance their board career.
