All About Aging is an Aging Life Care practice providing care management and dementia care consulting for families concerned about the increasing needs of their aging loved ones. We do an assessment of their current situation and develop a care plan. Families may implement the care plan themselves with our coaching and consulting, or we can implement the plan by overcoming objections, arranging and coordinating services, monitoring the on-going care and status changes, attending physician appointments to provide accurate information and assure physician's orders are followed.
