C&H Construction Services was founded in 2005, by co-owners Roman Clayton and Pepper Huff. C&H began after noticing the need for a reliable construction company for the installation of steel beam guardrail and cable rail in Alabama. C&H has expanded their guardrail and cable rail operations throughout the Southeast. C&H has partnered General Contractors on DOT projects within the states of Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, and Florida.
