Founded in 1944, we are one of the oldest chapters of the former American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) in the nation. In 2015, the name of the organization was changed to the Association for Talent Development (ATD). ATD Golden Gate Chapter is a vibrant community of workplace learning professionals in the Bay Area. We offer monthly programs, professional development courses, and networking events for Bay Area WLPs. Run and supported by volunteers, we offer many opportunities to get involved with other training and development professionals, to enhance your own skills and knowledge, and to develop your leadership skills.
