Meditation Magazine has been around for a few years and was started as a blog meant to guide millennials towards the practice of meditation. At the end of 2018, we have created our first print magazine, distributed 1100 copies throughout lower Manhattan and got an extremely enthusiastic response. This lead us to creating a more broadly targeted print magazine filled with: -deep-dive interviews with prominent figures who meditate regularly -overview of meditation techniques and health benefits -matters of spirituality applicable to millennials
