Medalist manages capital primarily on behalf of institutional investors, including pensions, endowments, foundations, family offices and high net worth individuals. In asset finance, we originate, fund, and/or purchase asset-based loans and leases spanning commercial real estate, residential real estate and other specialty assets such as commercial equipment, aircraft, auto, consumer and receivables factoring, among others. We focus on senior secured exposure to assets which are high cash flow, amortizing and income generating. In structured credit, we take a diversified approach to the opportunity set primarily through securities backed by loans and leases across residential real estate, commercial real estate, student loans, aircraft, commercial equipment and other sectors.
