The Common Area provides project management services to support the real estate needs of tenants, landlords, investors, developers and owners. We focus primarily on the commercial real estate space but also serve the residential market, providing project management, due diligence, construction management and peer review of drawings. We develop schedules, budgets and project goals and then relentlessly pursue those goals on behalf of our clients.
