International Relations Centre LLC (IRC) is a Holding Company based in Tbilisi, Georgia, successfully operating in Education fields for more than 15 years. To focus on Education, the experience of IRC team counts more than 14 years. Currently it works as an outsourcing company for different Universities in Georgia in order to recruit, enroll, monitor the foreign students.
