Examples of businesses in this sector include producers, marketers and distributors of organic food products; plant-based meat and seafood alternatives; plant-based milk and cheese; functional foods and nutritional supplements; low-calorie ready-to-drink beverages; and consumer products in the “clean label” category, which refers to foods or products that lack artificial flavors, colors, preservatives, or harmful chemicals and generally have shorter ingredient lists. • Companies supporting the consumer shift towards health and wellness through innovative platforms or technologies. Examples of businesses in this sector include direct-to-consumer retailers of organic products, e-commerce marketplaces for health and wellness products, web-connected health and fitness equipment and apps, B2B platforms for the better-for-you food supply chain, and developers of technologies for more sustainable agriculture. At this time, we have not selected any specific business combination target and we have not, nor has anyone on our behalf, engaged in any substantive discussions, directly or indirectly, with any business combination target with respect to an initial business combination with us.
