Old Orchard Capital Management LP (“Old Orchard”) is a New York based, SEC Registered Investment Adviser. Co-founded by Ross Jackman and Larry Fox in 2014, the firm specializes in credit trading with a focus on municipal bonds. Old Orchard seeks to create absolute returns for its clients by trading in credit markets, primarily the investment grade municipal bond market, with some exposure to corporate credits, by applying an active, long/short strategy which aims to capitalize on the unique inefficiencies within the municipal market. Both principals are veteran portfolio managers and municipal bond specialists, with decades of experience in the municipal bond industry. They separately headed trading desks at UBS, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley and Lazard Frères. The core of Old Orchard’s seasoned trading team previously ran a successful proprietary trading group and has been together since 2009. The team boasts a total combined experience in credit market trading of over one hundred years.
