Providing a menu based on plantains, we serve meals and snacks such as plantain fries, plantain burgers and plantain chips (more to come on our menu). Mom Anoh focuses on plantain, which is a #glutenfree food, to provide an alternative to healthy food and snacks for everyone and most especially those who have limited diet options.
