Construction Clean-Up Specialists provide superior customer service, realizing and anticipating our customer’s changing needs, as well as, meeting all of your cleaning expectations.We specialize in data floor cleaning, interior glass, interior tenant work, carpet shampooing, floor finishes (including sealed concrete and acid etching), pressure cleaning on brick and removal of hard-water stains on pre-cast concrete.Our labor force is one of our biggest assets consisting of our own highly qualified employees. We employ dedicated and reliable individuals with an outstanding work ethic and do not contract any temporary labor. We comply with all aspects of Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations and provide weekly safety meetings for our staff. Safety awareness and proper equipment use on all jobs is imperative. All of our employees have a minimum of OSHA 10 and all foremen have OSHA 30. Also, many of our workers have completed the OSHA 8 Hour Fall Protection and Competent Person Course, this includes certification in lift operations and platform scaffolding.
