Our mission is to add value for our clients by taking complex problems and helping develop and deliver simple solutions. We work for all aspects of the UK rail industry including DfT, Network Rail, Train Operators and suppliers and are well placed to provide solutions for whole industry problems. We provide business development support to drive revenue for train operating companies, advise and review infrastructure and operating practises, provide train performance improvement strategies in UK and European railways, and help develop and implement new technologies in the rail sector. Our Independent Review service is used by Network Rail for timetabling and major engineering works. Our strategic approach has delivered winning Rail Franchise bids and leading mobilisation and transition programmes. We helped shape and design the National Rail Contracts, setting the standards for the new post Williams Shapps Rail Review contracts.
