Here at BFI, the goal is to bridge the gap between dreamers and doers by connecting underserved youth to valuable, life-changing experiences. With integrity and excellence at the center of our values, we aim to change the face of the media industry by providing a voice to those who’ve been silenced due to lack of exposure, and lack of accessibility. We're a film education program but we're also more than that. We provide a safe space for creative expression, mentorship, and we teach transferable life skills. BFI takes a holistic approach with our programming, focusing not only on the technical and creative aspect of filmmaking, but also the therapeutic properties of the film production process in general.
