Unitectra is the technology transfer organization of the Universities of Basel, Bern and Zurich and their affiliated hospitals. With its services it supports the scientists in their collaborations with private industry and other public or private research institutions. The transfer of research results into new products and services is facilitated through licensing of technologies to established companies or through the creation of new spin-off companies.
