We provide fund administration services focused on meeting the needs of those investment managers targeting the long-term growth of capital. The business was established in Dublin, Ireland in 2004 as a subsidiary of a UK-based group of investment administration companies. In 2013 we concluded a management buy-out of the Dublin business. The decision to acquire the business was driven by our wish to refocus the ownership and operating model of the business to better support the provision of an exceptionally high quality fund administration service. We view our business as one we are building in partnership with our clients over the long term. We think the grouping of skills and experience of our people, the way we apply those skills in partnering with our clients and the fact that we own the business gives our business a significant intellectual property asset in the fund administration marketplace.
