Garcia Bros Seafood

www.garciabrosseafood.com

In 1964, with Cuba in the grips of Castro’s communist regime and their business confiscated by the government, the first of the Garcia brothers headed to Miami to start a new life. As was the case for so many other exiles during that time, day and night, the brothers fished and worked for local companies with the hopes to save enough money to one day start their own seafood business in Miami. In 1966, that dream became a reality when Garcia’s Brothers Seafood was established. Initially a fresh fish market, processing plant, and wholesaler, the Garcia’s saw their business thrive thanks to their fresh catch, hard work, and dedication. Setting their sights higher, they then started Garcia’s Seafood Grille & Fish Market which today, 54 years later, is still proudly operated by Maria Garcia and her sons, Esteban and Luis. It is now 2020, a year many of us will never forget, and the Garcia’s have come up with a new plan in order to continue providing fresh seafood to their customers. Esteban, along with the help of his daughters, has established his new home base at the Garcia Bros warehouse on the Miami River. This soon-to-be seafood hub is now offering same-day delivery services* for stone crabs, lobster, yellowtail snapper, and more. Whether through the Garcia’s Seafood restaurant or through the Garcia Bros warehouse, the Garcia family hopes to continue providing their customers with the highest quality seafood, now conveniently available from our boats right to your door.
