Owned 60:40 by Khazanah Nasional Berhad and Temasek respectively, M+S Pte. Ltd. was set up in June 2011 to develop DUO and Marina One.; two integrated developments in Singapore. MS Property Management Pte. Ltd., 100% owned by M+S Pte. Ltd. was incorporated in July 2016. Marina One is located at Marina Bay with a total gross floor area of approximately 3.67 million square feet, comprises close to 1.88 million square feet of prime Grade-A office space, 140,000 square feet retail space and 1,042 luxury residential apartments. DUO assets (Duo Tower, Duo Galleria & Andaz Singapore) was divested in year 2019.
