Using only the best cuts of British pork, fresh herbs and spices, Cranswick are the UK’s leading producer of gourmet sausages and burgers, supplying major retailers and foodservice outlets alike. We continue to build a winning business by staying true to a simple ethos; authentically made British food, without compromise. On site we mix and blend all the meat, herbs and spices to a set and special recipe developed for each of our customers. We produce award winning gourmet sausages, chipolatas, burgers and over Christmas time we also produce pigs in blankets.
