On & Offshore multidisciplinary mechanical services- Total tank maintenance & building - Water reverse osmosis installation Since their start in the mid-1990s, the two sister companies, Hego and General Tank Cleaning, have become fixtures in the Port of Antwerp. Today, they are the trend-setters in services for the industrial, tertiary and maritime markets. The expertise of the two companies covers a wide range of technical disciplines, such as construction works, tank maintenance, repair/maintenance harbor cranes, machining, industrial pipelines, industrial and maritime cleaning, mechanical maintenance, ship repairs and offshore services (bosiet). The two companies’ services complement each other perfectly, and often lead to joint operations with clients being able to deal with only one point of contact. Over the past decade, major investments have been made to be able to meet the needs of their clients. The result is that today there are fully equipped workshops (15.000 m2) in the heart of the Port of Antwerp, supported by a modern fleet of service vehicles, high-pressure and vacuum units, and, of course, a highly motivated professional team at the service of the clients every day, everywhere.
