Domein Holset SparklingWineHouse, is a wine domain in the South of Holland and is focused to create an interesting assortment of Sparkling Wines. Do we achieve this...? That is up to you. We receive a lot of Professional endorsement. We do everything to bring, soil, grape-varieties, climate, moments of picking the grapes, winemaking, 2nd fermentation in the bottle (Traditional Method) in concerted harmony, You can taste it in our Sparkling Wines. We intend to produce typical DutchSparkling. In fact we are defining it. On 11 hectares we grow Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Souvignier Gris, Johanniter, Cabernet Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc. We grow the grapes, pick them by hand, press and ferment the grapes in our own winery. Also the Traditional Method (second fermentation in a bottle) is done in our own winery.
