CRC Restaurants, Inc. is an ACDBE certified in Maryland and Pennsylvania and is owned by siblings Rob Cernak, Cheri Cernak and Cindy Cernak. Our flagship brand of Obrycki's was established in 1944 and maintains a tradition of fresh and flavorful Chesapeake regional seafood. Obrycki’s is a family business that has been owned an operated by the Cernak family since 1976. Our Commitment- We are "restaurateurs first, airport operators second". Although we would always like to maximize the bottom line, guests are our priority. Everyone on our team shares a commitment to efficiently serving quality food in a friendly environment. We are aware of the particular needs of airport travelers and adapt our menus, service style, and hours according to the fluctuations of the environment. The future of our company- 
 We know that we can develop and manage great airport restaurants and bars, and we are looking to expand our brands to additional airports. We can easily transfer our 40 years of restaurant management and 10 years of airport restaurant management experience to additional concepts, and are looking to grow as a multi-concept operator nationwide. Our current portfolio of brands includes: - Obrycki's Restaurant and Bar (full size, full service, large menu specializing in seafood) - Obrycki's Bar (concourse kiosk style, limited menu) - R. & R. Seafood Bar (mid size, full bar with raw bar and other seafood items featuring a display kitchen) - Bottega Prosecco Bar and Cafe (mid size, wine and prosecco bar, ciccheti (small plates) and wine pairings, authentic Italian
